Why I will not vote for anyone in my Republican Party

I am just 'effing tired of hearing this Republican line "We have a spending problem, not a tax problem".  Bullcrap.

We must increase the amount we collect.  Our federal spending currently equates to 24% of GDP.  We collect 14% of GDP.   Historically,  we have both spent and collected 18% of GDP.    We CAN NOT balance our *&#^@*# budgets on spending cuts alone.  This is especially true when the 400 richest Americans are making an average of $324 Million each but paying only 17% income taxes.   If our nation needs to spend at an historical rate of 18%,  and we have a progressive income tax structure in place,  then the most wealthy need to be paying 23 - 24% tax rates on their income.

The numbers don't lie. We must have income tax increases on the most wealthy in our country.  And Republicans who stand there and insist otherwise are lying jackasses,  standing in the way of solving America's problems.   These sorry assed Republicans need their tails kicked out of office.

Among them?  Richard Burr.

North Carolina deserves better than Republican Senator Richard Burr.
